Since 2006, over one hundred pastry chefs from the Japanese school Nakamura have attended a “ made to measure “ training course which is based on learning French specialities and traditions. Every year an award winning French pastry chef comes to give demonstrations. This program is devised in partnership with Tours Langues school for French language and cultural learning .
